what perimenopause care

After your initial visit, I'll recommend a follow-up schedule based on your individual needs. Menopause care is iterative. Dosing adjustments, lab monitoring, and symptom tracking all take time and ongoing attention. Follow-up visits are billed separately from the initial $499 consultation. Between visits, you can reach me via secure messaging.
No. The $499 consultation is yours regardless. You'll leave with a full assessment, and a personalized
treatment plan.
If treatment is appropriate for you, any initial prescription will cover 30 days, which is enough time to
assess how your body is responding. Ongoing refills and messaging require a follow-up visit,
both because hormone therapy benefits from monitoring and because it's the standard of safe,
responsible care.
Most women find that regular check-ins make a real difference in getting the treatment right. l'll
recommend a follow-up cadence at your initial consultation, and you can decide what works for you.
That's completely understandable. We'll review your personal risk profile and discuss evidence-informed options and trade-offs, so you can make an informed decision.
No. Menopause Hormone Therapy and/or GLP-1 Therapy is prescribed only if medically appropriate after reviewing your symptoms, history, and risk profile. Not everyone is a candidate, and that's determined during your evaluation.
This is a cash-pay consultation. We do not bill insurance directly. However, depending on your plan, you may be able to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. We can provide documentation to support that process.
You can message me directly, as often as needed, through our secure messaging system. Responses are provided during clinic hours.
The $499 consultation covers everything inside our time together. Your assessment, your
personalized treatment plan, lab ordering, and results interpretation. It does not cover the cost of
labs or medications themselves, but here's what we do to make those as accessible as possible:
Labs: We'll order only what's clinically necessary. If you have insurance, labs are billed directly
through your insurance and provider network as they normally would be. If you're paying out of
pocket, we work with partner labs that offer significantly discounted cash-pay pricing. We'll
connect you with the best option for your situation.
Medications: We prescribe only FDA-approved medications. If you have insurance coverage,
we'll work with your plan to maximize what's covered. For those without coverage, we stay
current on the most cost-effective ways to obtain your medications, including direct-pay
pharmacies and other options that can make treatment genuinely affordable.
Our goal is to make sure cost doesn't stand between you and effective care. We'll be transparent
about what to expect before anything is prescribed.

This service does not provide emergency or urgent care. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Treatment plans and prescriptions are determined by the physician based on medical necessity and clinical appropriateness. Not all patients are candidates for Menopause Hormone Therapy, GLP-1 medications, or other treatments discussed on this page.
Medication and lab costs may be billed separately and vary by insurance coverage and pharmacy/lab pricing. Results vary by individual. Clarity Physician Partners currently serves patients in New York State.
